Is League fair?Would there be any chance of major improvement in terms of balance?

I have been playing LoL for seasons and i have felt the "pain" that any kind of meta brings along its path. In every meta you can spot the difficulties of picking an off-meta champ that can be devastated by even the tanks in terms of damage and sustain. Those champs can win games but even if you have mastered those champions you would be still in a disadvantage because simply the enemy picked meta champions but also your teammates, resulting in not contributing as much as your teammates and taking away a portion of satisfaction for playing a champ even if you win. The recent reworks is a good way to solve things tho, but will it be enough? And could there be a future problem of overloaded kits? But i would like to know if Riot's balance team has ever considered making all the champs broken like DOTA did, in hope of balancing the game, and if it considers introducing or reworking a vast majority of items solely for countering the enemy and not forcing you to counter pick, so we could break free of the meta problem that it holds back some players. And ALSO making champs, that have a lot of damage potential, hard to play and not just press R like Syndra does and end up games in a flash, so the player can be rewarded for spending time learning a champ.

Riot doesn't want their to be hard counterpicks like in dota. If you want to play a champ, you should be able to play it.

I disagree with league forcing you to counterpick, it doesnt sound like you've played dota.

in dota there are counterpicks but you can counter build too.So there is no such as a standard build for champs like there is in league. That can lead to brain usage in league sth that not many do.Also you are nor forced to counter pick in DOTA and i am not saying that LoL should be like DOTA. I am just making a suggestion and see what they think.
