Its nice that you created remake system,but its still flawed, dunno about others, but i feel if your teammate reconnects at 2:30 or before 3min mark and then goes afk for entire game thus reaping you of fare 5v5 match and option to remake its unfare.

Adding it to the game provided no profit but they did it anyway
To OP, a remake should indeed happen automatically if a person has not moved by the time minions spawn.
