(nerfed beyond redemption, wait some time for rito to notice, IF they want to notice)

Those are the most knowledge based and/or mechanically intensive champions that come to mind to me right now, just take one and see where it brings you.
Also you might want to check my guide that has the pogchamp face in the title that is currently being trolled by retards just cause. lel.
Oh, also i forgot zed and twitch, and maybe someone else, camille is pretty nice too, even if i don't consider her the "apex" of difficulty.
im just gonna squeeze this in there
thereeeee we go.
Yeah, i edited the post late, also i would have included yasuo as well, but i just want to piss off yasuo mains because they bring shame on that champion, which is really good, just not in their hands, let korean bjergsen and american faker handle that.
Singed is actually incredibly hard to play, he requires a lot of game knowledge, map awareness and teamwork. That is, for proxy singed, which is really the only way of playing him now due to all the burst in top lane now.
.....oh wait you said high skill cap
Kappa
I think that the new champ
might have a similar play style. For champs that have a high skillcap, just look at those released in the past two years as well as the updated assassins (which are really fun btw).
She's "hard" to play, the problem I've come across when facing her is, she e/q's me and i'm at half health.
While you're not wrong, Camille isn't that simple; her E is a skill shot that requires a wall, and her Q has a significant delay which she needs to proc with autoattacks (like Riven) which makes it difficult to pull off.
Compare the difficulty of Camille's combo to someone like
. Her damage makes sense - if she manages to unload her full burst on the enemy, it's got to have a big pay off.
