Ekko needs some kind of buff. I'm not sure what needs to happen but Ekko is almost useless in every lane except mid now. Ekko got a jg buff back in 7.2 to be more of a jg and now in season 8.7 hes just kinda useless unless you are skilled with him. But, even then its hard to do anything against a good jg. #needs a buff
