AFK PROMOS

i am by no means a god of lol but i would like to see a way to stop getting screwed over in my ranked games i just started a promo and the first game in i have a full game afk...... like what am i supposed to do? and this isnt the first time i am just sick of getting screwed and not being able to move up cuz of it!! am i the only one?
