So today i played Skarner with 9 armor runes and 9 mr runes and i jungled against a Vi early game i won the race with her. but around 25 minutes she owned nothing but a TF and the AD junglers item. and we get into a 1v1 and i was 1 bursted by her combo SHE NEEDS A SERIOUS NERF
