lag/server disconnect

So, today I've had my internet drop several times. I've done the typical troubleshooting (unplug router/modem for 30 sec plug back in) all other online services and devices are working great. even my computer, but while playing my WiFi drops and when i reconnect i'm still stuck for a few minutes before my champion can move. I've been labeled as a AFK player apparently today and been stuck in a low priority Que. My last game RIOT server had a pop up telling to do a system dump for them to trouble shoot. I logged in and preformed a lag report but it says my service is excellent. If they watch my games today i would like them to explain how i was constantly getting disconnected.....
