they haven't finished yet, they just ran out of time to get everything into the patch that we have just had. They are still going to make changes to him

They should just disable him, then. I mean his passive has way too many conditions. It drains way too fast. You literally need a minion wave to keep it sustained.

I think the only reson they have still put these changes on because they didnt feel that he could be left how he was but they still have a lot more work to do on him I think

He was better before 7.5 than he is now. I mean, I understand where you're coming from, but it's really retarded to put a rush on a champ rework like that. I would rather wait another month, than have this. He's my favorite champion, and now he's reduced to this state.

sad thing is it happens to everyone fav champ at some point and sometime they get better and some times the just stay dead/useless
