What are you thoughts on the Kayle changes? She has a 53.42%/52.77% win rate with a 1.4%/.51% (top/mid)play rate according to Champion.gg. The two changes are:
- AD growth lowered from 2.8 to 2.2
- Righteous Fury (E) cooldown changed from 16 at all ranks to 18/17/16/15/14 at level 18 it is a nerf of 10.8 AD. Best case scenario at level 18 and full build this takes 270 damage away from her, nerfing her lategame fantasy.
