I've been on honor level 2 (checkpoint 2) and constantly getting key fragment drops, but i haven't even moved a checkpoint in the honor system. PreSeason I got level 3 almost 4 with ease but i'm even getting more honors now and playing more games and i haven't moved 1 time. Is it a bug for me or what is going on?
No kidding. I got Honour 5 last year half way through the year. This year I'm stuck on Honour 3 (checkpoint 2) even though apparently I'm getting consistently honoured if key drops are any indication.
Apparently at the beginning of the year they made reports/report penalties interrupt Honour, and have since lessened the impact of this change. But as somebody who's never gotten in trouble, does this mean that even reports that aren't followed up on activate Honour penalties?
If some guy on my team thinks I'm bad and reports me for inting even though i'm a 5/5/12 
and tried my hardest, and nothing comes out of it from Riot's end, does the fact that they reported me at all still interrupt Honour progress?
If so, then I think they have to worry a lot about the abusability factor of THIS, rather than worrying about premades honour-spamming.
yeah ive been checkpoint 3 level 2 since it refreshed. and i still havent gone anywhere at all wtf is this
The speed this year was nerfed because honor wasnt added mid season.
