No more Lucian Nerfs

Ok Riot I just want to point out thatyou constantly find ways to just kill champions, and although Lucian is still a viable ADC, he's getting ridiuculously outscaled due to no scaling on W, a long CD on his E, and a long ass CD on his ult. Riot, you constantly try to make the game better, but when you nerf a champion and make him barely viable, then why make him in the first place? Please people I would like your feedback, and I want to know your opinions on the merf history of Lucian.****

Because when a champion shoves out other champions due to being such a strong pick, something is wrong.
