champion select gone wrong

is there any way that riot can put a system that allows us to vote on backing out of a game due to people not able to handle the auto fill activation thing that puts you in a random position, it sucks having to dodge because you know something is going to go wrong or you have played with that person before and you know if they dont get what they want they will just feed... not cool in ranked even in normals for that matter
