disable new game visual effects

I know the new map accents with the drakes looks cool and all, but the change on color and particles goingg arround the screen can be extremly distracting or annoying, mainly the flames from infernal and rain from ocean, I don't have a problem with people who like it, it looks very cool but it's not always a thing we want always when we are playing to win, please add a setting to disable it and just let the normal map colors/effects stay
