there should be so way to make a new account but not losing skins/champions/runes.

So I believe there should be some way to male a second account without making a whole new account. There should be some system so u buy a new account which is linked to your old account but separate. So you get a new account but you keep all your champions you have and skins and runes. So with this system you get a new level 1 account but you keep champions, skins and runes. so then you can play with a mate at level 1 if they are new, so you don't vs level 30 or 20 or something that is higher and more experienced. this helps new people learning with mate and it helps players tell start a fresh account without losing all their progress on the old account.

riot would lose money so thats a nono 2)name any other company that has a similar system 3)you can do bots and normals do not matter regaurdless
my smurf is level 25 and im being placed against level 30's that are andwhere between silver 1-d5 it would happen regaurdless because a) if you duo the other teams mmr will have to be higher then you teams b)you mmr would naturally be higher so again would cause a gap

I do know another game it that has a similar system to what I said the game is called Heroes of Newerth.
