unbalanced teams

I am currently trying to raise my rank as well as I can. I research every match up i face look at strengths and weaknesses watch pros itemize situation-ally glue my eyes to the map play for objectives and everything I've learn i should do to succeed in this game. that being said even though 9 times out of 10 i go positive (not just 10-9 always at least a 2.0 with low deaths) I get matched with people who are new to the game/ champ or rage/troll /feed 90 pct of the time. while i watch the opposing team conquer objectives group for drag/baron focus correctly ect. the way I strive to play. why is is the team I'm facing is almost always marginally better than the one I'm on? I am ready to find another game to play because I work very hard on my game play and my matchmaking has not changed....
