AP Alistar top?
1st thing i noticed. "Bought 1-2 wards" some games have even zero wards bought. Vision is power, you need vision.
Ok, now to your kdr. Think of it like this. Each death is a mistake I've made. Obviously sometimes their is no counterplay and sometimes its just unlucky. But for the most part if you died theres a mistake made, so rewatch your game, or realize what you did wrong when you died. Maybe you had no vision or map awareness and got ganked cause you were overextended?
The main things I see are csing warding and possibly playing on autopilot? Csing - its optimal but not every game will pan out like this, you want to aim for 7-10 cs per minute, anything under 6 probably means youre messing around too much (unless your a jger)

I'm Swiftsnipe. I do a lot of coaching for players. This is what i notice and what my suggestions would be:
- your most played champion is vayne - by a lot.
-Your win ratio with her is less than 50%. Focus on improving with her.
-vayne is weak early and naturally scales later. your runes and masteries should be geared towards her early game where she is weak.
-You should be using your warlords mastery page with her. thunderlords in my opinion is a trap. Vayne builds mostly attack speed and so the extra damage from thunderlords isn't that significant.
-your rune page is too greedy. mana regen blues are not needed and should be flat MR. your reds should be all attack damage and your quints should be attack speed. Going so heavily in attack speed makes your early game very weak. The extra AD reds help a lot.
-Most notably the enemy ADC often outfarms you. Even in the games you win. Focus on continuing to CS throughout the game.
