Why is the gaming Community so toxic ? I need answers for school

Competitive nature of the video game mixed with the anomity of being behind a screen.

The same reason every other team game, competitive or otherwise, is toxic.

it's a conspiracy plot implemented by The Patriarchy to spread thier toxic masculinity through out the interwebs so girls don't play league.

Jam pretty much covered it all. I can also add that people by the nature are self-centered, and while many other and for some all fields are not known and need actual knowledge. The game is the place where they can look like they know the thing and be really persuaded they are right, while in fact it being only their made up opinion, opinion of single out of many authority , biased opinion e.t.c in other words source of knowledge is biased, not easy to prove, and can be made up.
