Im your average gold player a couple months ago I went on a huge losing streak, and lost a lot of mmr. I then got a huge winning streak and my mmr stayed the same. I just started playing again in preseason and winning a lot. The problem is I gain 13 lp and lose 23, so I won 6 games in a row then lost 2 and lost over half my lp. Do I just quit league or wait till the new season, or what can I do. I just cannot keep getting winning streaks because its nearly impossible in gold with the rng teammates, like every rank pretty much.

Rank doesn't matter that much right now since the season is over. Just try to stay as high rank as possible, and when the new season starts wait 2 weeks to a month before playing ranked or you'll get a lot of troll/afk/unranked players in your games.
