Limit Pings

The link basically sums up everything but can we have an option to mute pings from some players or even limit pings to like 2-3 pings every 10 seconds. I don't think I'm the only one that feels this way. I mean we can mute players but it doesn't mute their pings. [zombie-brand-mindblown] Thanks for your time and thoughts. =3

There should be an option to mute pings instead of chat, or instead of playing that annoying noise 900 times it should just keep the ping on the screen longer if you keep pinging the place.

there really should be a "max X pings each min". ppl just ping 5 times, wait 2 sec, ping 5 times again :/

Nothing is more annoying and distracting during a game than excessive pings! Hard to get skill shots off while someone is pinging hey your in danger! over and over again for a minute, or hey lets do this now fifty times. Limit the amount of pinging in so many seconds at least , or add some form of penalty such as waiting 20 minutes to join the next game or losing ip etc.

Or when someone doesn't like your positioning, even though you're fine, they just sit and ping on top of you the whole time which can be incredibly distracting when you're trying to watch the map and lane
