If you have all champions, there is almost nothing you can spend your Blue essence, but rune pages and champion mastery.

The blue essence shop occurs twice a year and It lasts for 2 weeks. For the rest of the year the only thing you can spend your BE is on rune pages, champion mastery and I guess newly released champions If you own all champions. I suppose he has all of the stuff in the BE shop.

I think the prices are pretty fair.

I wanted as well some of High noon Thresh chromas, but I guess I'll have to wait for mid-season BE shop. Other than that, nothing much...
