Buff for Barrier Spell
What do you guys think if when you activate Barrier you can block CC, like the Reflex Block item in Vainglory? That way Barrier would be more useful.

They need to at least add a couple seconds to its duration.
and Cleanse would be useless
Not necessary. It's already quite a good summoner spell. It is however usually outclassed by heal. I'd say redcing its cooldown by 30 sec would make the adc consider it over heal.
The main reason why it's not picked is that flash is a mandatory summoner spell and the other slot is usually needed for something more important like exhaust or teleport.
