does cloud gaming help ?
so its probably a stupid question but i need an answer, if i subscribe to a cloud gaming service and im an EUW play and when i play on NA its around 170 ping, if i do cloud gaming would the ping be lower ?

Probably not. If you do that, you'll basically have to add up the ping between you and the cloud gaming service and the ping between the service and Riot's server. In game it might be displayed as lower as it would probably just show the ping between the cloud and RIot, but as a whole the response time is probably going to be higher.
