Xerath's ultimate should have mechanics similar to Jhin's ultimate

This is my first post on the League of Legends forums. I'm an unranked top and mid main and I've been playing on and off for the past 2 years. Recently I've looked into more mid lane champions to play, and Xerath has caught my interest. I'm going to wait until he's free so I can see if I'm good with his skill shots, but I play on locked screen and since the zooming out mechanic for Jhin's ultimate exists, I believe Xerath's ultimate should zoom out to its full range, instead of having to unlock the screen, and attempt to sloppily find the spot you want to fire at. It would definitely be a beneficial change for users of locked screens and make me more interested in the champion himself.

Does it? From what I remember, on his champion ability page, it showed that you had to move your camera elsewhere.

Okay. I looked at footage from two months ago, and at that point it zoomed/zooms out at what appears to be the same range as jhin's ultimate, which means you would still have to scroll around if you want to close in on multiple targets. I'm starting to see it as a nitpick at this point but I think it's a valid nitpick

It zooms out but not all the way so you can see almost the full circle , it's pretty close, I found this video showing it. In the champion ability thing it zooms it up or something, Xerath was updated but just not the ability video.
