i took it jungle with item 3931 item 3042 item 3153 item 3124 item 3094 item 1301 shred a Rammus item 3075 granted you can kill your self if he gets the full duration of his w off and you attack him the whole time but if you attack something else for a half second you will have healed enough to beat him and shred who ever is left on the enemy team and unless they both burst and hard cc you at the same time they cant stop you which you have other allies for it even out healed and damaged fiora fed as fuk with crit and before warlords blood lust was nerfed

That's only late game and he has no mobility and is very squishy so won't work in solo que ;)
