VAYNE NEEDS THE NERF HAMMER

ok so i know vayne has a very bad early game but how is it balanced the fact that she can shred though tanks(nautilus,sejuani .etc) so easily while other adcs cant even scratch them even if they get to late game and the vayne ult,if used correctly it can basically cancel any targeted ability or auto.I dont care if its a mechanically difficult champion but the fact that she can be the best duelist of the adc role,is a pretty good teamfighter and a tank shredder rings to me OVERLOADED KIT.I suggest that vayne's role in team should be tuned down a bit like make so she doesnt lifesteal at all after a stealthed Q'most annoying thing ever' and so her 1v1 potential will go down and at least some assasins will be able to their duty which to ASSASINATE her.All in all vayne's late game power should be nerfed cause she reminds of reworked gp on release.

Well tank shredding is her basic specialty.

Yea that her specialty but she also can out DPS everyone in league and has a huge stun and a awesome mobility. Maybe nasus could counter her or veigar? I just wish someone would point out an counter other then stop her early as that only delays her.

in s6 i had most deaths against vayne and yes i lose to vayne a lot and whats the worst feeling in the world being 4/0/0 with nuatilus top having like 300 armor with thornmail and randuins and still getting 3-shot also as i mentoned no assasin can 1v1 a skilled vayne player after she reaches a certain state and the player has descent reactions anyway its my own opinion i dont want to force anything but one thing i hate more about a champ being overpowered is being annoying and vayne for me has the best of both worlds

yeah cause most vayne players go in and suicide 1v5 at least those on my team but if you are truly skilled with this champ there is no champ that can 1v1 you late or 1v3 you or more which i think its not healthy for the game

well if it takes that much skill then she is a hard champ and her win rate is balacned...

and there are ways to 1 vs 1 her... it just depends on the champ

well gp,azir have a high skill gap but no longer are they overpowered like were on release date but vayne throughout all those seasons has survived and even gets buffed personally an adc that can 1v1 almost every champ,has tank shredding specialities(without even buying armor pen)and can destroy squishes isnt balanced

I dont have a problem with any of those aspects of Vayne, I think the problem with Vayne is that she is supposed to be a tank shredder specialty. This is accomplished by her W. The problem here is that she can also burst and assassinate squishy targets without this W, though the W helps kill them even faster.

Her ult is problematic in that it gives her the AD steroid. Possibly make it increase her AS based on the number of W silver bolts on the current target. If she switches targets she loses the AS. Also her ult could provide bonuses to her E as well, maybe making it longer distance knockback. Her Q provides a ton of burst damage in conjuction with the current ult and has such a short CD. I think this leaves little room for punishment and allows her to pretty much 1 shot squishies by rolling and qing. If you want her to feel better, push her Tank killing specialty and dont let her 2 shot squishy targets.

the issue is the way people see a ",marksmen' and tries to apply that to vayne...

she is more a of a duelist then a marksmen... so like a fiora

due to her being a duelist she has the ability to shred tanks, win 1 vs 1 and kill anything that happens to think they can beat her with out having a clear advantage

Well of course, but fioras weakness is she is melee and needs to hit vitals for the most part, Vayne is ranged, and uses mobility to kite or chase while dealing damage. If she wants to duel an assassin or ADC thats fine, but 2 shotting, when your ult grants you invisibilty for your 2nd empowered auto + the bonus AD, is not dueling. If you want her to be about dueling then pushing her ult to stacking passive faster on a target instead of deleting the target through sheer damage is a better dueling scenario.

fiora has true damage, can dodge a skill , has a gap close and a heal and still is one of the best duelist in the game

I never said she wasnt a good duelist? I said Vayne is ranged and therefore safer, if they are to be held on the same playing field. So she shouldnt be able to delete squishies from a range in a couple of autos. She should be pushed as a tank killer, not both an assassin, duelist, and tank killer.

she isnt safer, she has less derisiveness stats and no seal heal in her kit she is more vulnerable then a fiora

My friends and i stopped playing league a year or so ago, last week I got bored and decided to play a few games. Good to see that over the course of several years vayne is still OP and overplayed. After about 5 games, 4 of which vayne was picked and quadra and pentaed her teams (mine and theirs) to victory, I remembered why we got tired of this game to begin with. Riot has its love affair with certain champs, they are, and will always be OP, and its stale and boring.

I suppose its human nature that there will just be people who will always pick the most broken champs every single game, because they would rather ez win that actually play the game, even in non ranked matches.
