Vladimir has a new Sanguine Pool color?

I was playing aram right ended up getting a penta but when i used my w it looked completely different when did they change this i know its recent cause it was only 2 weeks or 1 that i haven't played vlad but idk if they updated his legacy skin Nosferatu which i doubt or they actually recolored his Sanguine Pool, any news?
