Would like a button to tag someone as boosted

Played a bunch or games where one teamate either ruined the game completely or was soo bad I would have prefered to have a bot. Would apreciate some kind of option to either report or just plain "class" them as boosted. I know this kind of system would be abused but still, my only REAL problem with league is how every game I play, there is this one guy that ruins it for the rest of the team. Would stil like to clarify that I don't have a problem with people just trying to learn the game or just trying to get better at it, my problem lies with the ones that despite ruining the game for the rest of their teamates, can't comprend the fact that they are at fault as much as the ones that suffer from it.
