[IDEA] Kicking System

I just played a Normal Draft game and in our team started trolling and AFKing. Everyone in my team wanted her to stop but she didnt. Then i thought of a kicking system where if everyone in your team wants to kick a champ i can do it and u get a bot depending on team average character level. for example 1-20 Beginner Bot and 20-30 Intermediate bot or u could have so a player joins the game after the person was kicked and the nhopefully you could have a better player
