agree, the last nerf and remove of devourer hit him very hard.

i really don't miss seeing uydr... i mean it woudlnt mind his crazy damage.. or his crazy tankyness or his stun... if you actually RUN form him.

i don't mind him having a speed boost.. but it shouldn't LAST FOREVER

at some point you need to be able to escape him...

for example... gets a GREAT speed boost, but it has a 15 second cooldown, it decays over time, and it even SLOWS him when its over.

sure bear stance only last for a few second, but uydr also has 345 base movement speed +15 more from 3 stacks of stance change +

which is pretty much 160 base without boost , which is already enough to outrun most champs who HAVE tier 1 boots

and even WITH t2 boots you wont be able to escape uydr who has NO boots if he uses his bear stance. let alone any NORMAL uydr build which gets early t2 boots before most enemy champs have them.

the fact is if you BUFF him then, you cant fight him, you cant kite him... and you can run form him. and as a jungler all he has to do is show up in you jungle walk near you and chase you away from your buffs.
