Colossal Tabbard (New Item Idea)
Hey everyone, It seems like whenever a champion comes out and they have some sort of damage based on an enemies health damage that the community starts throwing a mild fit at how busted the mechanic is. I don't mean to say that there isn't logic behind it, I still ban Camille religiously, so I can say I feel the same way sometimes. The real issue that I see is that there is nothing in the game that directly blocks this effect, which is why I will describe an item to you that I think would fill this niche, it's name being in the Title
Colossal Tabbard Crystalline Brace + Spectre's Cowl + Null Magic Mantle + 700 gold
Stats: 600 Health 60 Magic Resist Unique Passive: Grants 150% base health regeneration for 10 seconds after taking damage from an enemy champion. Unique Passive: All damage received that is based on a percentage of the person's maximum, current, or missing health is reduced by 20%.
The reason I suggest this item is due to the fact that almost every single character that has been released in the past year has had a damage mechanic that is based on the health of their target, and with some cases, there is nothing anyone can do about it (looking at you vayne). This item would prevent these characters from running about completely unchecked, and since it is relatively expensive, it does not do as a first item and therefore would not be rushable for laning to beat out your opponent. There would have to be a very specific reason why you would build this item, and it would be good for lategame threats that percentage shred through you, and it would not be either a good item for any assassins or marksman to build due to it's lack of effective stats that work for them and it's price.
