Hard to say. Both are going to get nerfed or banned permanently if they stay as good as they are. Kata might be worse because she is more similar to Azir, while LeBlanc might get some number tweaks. You just have to ask youself if you like a melee character with a lot of outplay potential because of blinks and resets or a ranged assassin that feels like a kiting mage with dashes, hard skillshots and ways to deceive your opponents

katarina is better but takes a lot more skill, I barely play against leblanc so i'm not really sure but kat is my instaban RN
