changing some of the champs Ip cost

Over 90 of the champions are 4800 or more, I have been playing a year and a half and barely have 50 champs, which makes it hard if someone wants me to first pick them an ADC or a top champ when I mostly play Support and I still don't own all the support champs because I spent a lot of IP on the 450 and a few 1350 champs in order to have 16 to play draft and I don't even play those champs often, on top of Ip for runes stuff. I think some more champs can be dropped into the lower Ip price range since so you'll always coming out with new champs I think a slight adjustment for the price in some older champs would be appreciated by new players and smurfs all around.
