Top Lane is Easily the Least Impactful Lane

I played this one game as fiora and I killed the enemy camille twice early game with 0 ganks from our jungler, so I thought to myself "YES this game is a free win, our jungler can camp bot safely without worrying about me top." then I pressed tab and I noticed https://i.gyazo.com/23064608e4f7bf36469bfffa38e90bc4.png Our fiddle was 0-6 bot lane was 1-9 and mid was 0-2.

The problem here is that top lane is not as snowbally as all the other lanes, if you get a kill midlane you can roam bot and get 2 more, as jungle you go bot if you get a double kill you get first turret and the game is over from there, if you are bot lane and you kill the enemy, you might be able to get first turret or a dragon. But top lane after getting a solo kill you get to push your lane and back to buy a long sword only for the enemy top laner to use tp and miss no xp.

My problem is if you guys at Riot are not going to make lanes less snowbally, then make top lane relevant again. (Fixing bruisers and tanks would be also a nice addition)

It's funny because when I asked before what the entire goal of Top Lane was in the early game in a discussion before, the reply was try to get an advantage over the opponent because Top Lane was the most "snowbally" lane.

Riot plans to add in a new keystone reminiscent of Fervor of Battle to the Resolve tree at some point early in season 8. In fact, they plan to add 5 total new keystones during season 8, though not necessarily 1 to every path.

On a different note, however, if your team had fed that badly, there was no carrying that for you. Sorry to say, but no matter how fed you got, with a 0/6 Fiddle and 1/9 bot lane, there was no coming back (unless your carry was someone like Twitch and played well from that point forward). Doesn't matter that you were "top lane;" I've had games as Twitch where I came out of lane 10/0 and ahead on farm, but the rest of my team was collectively 0/20. And even though bot lane is easily the strongest lane and Twitch is easily the strongest carry in that lane, I couldn't carry that. My team was too far behind, the enemy 1-shot me without my team being capable of stopping them, and we lost. For some games, all that you can do to win is hold out until everyone has 6 items and then it comes down to who has the better picks at that stage of the game.

That being said, there was a possible way you could've carried that game as Fiora. Keep killing your lane opponent, keep snowballing, and as Fiora, you could just afk split push all day and even as 5 the enemy team probably wouldn't be able to stop you if you were fed enough. Blow up the carry, ult for life back, kill everyone else, keep pushing.
