Rek'sai and Kassadin 3v3

During the last few months of playing 3v3 my team has had to use 2 bans to keep reksai and kassadin out of the game. Their ability to riftwalk or tunnel has allowed them to jump the wall between the altar and the nexus. This distance is greater then their regular ability use anywhere else. This needs to be fixed.
