Riot, were are the Warwick nerfs?

The whole warwick in preseason 5 is getting out of hand. myself, and many other players included are tired of this crap. the fact that he can buy the jungle item, go top lane with smite, and 100-0 me with just his ult and Q at lvl 6 is ridiculous and honestly game breaking. Even if you buy QSS( ) his ult will still do all the damage, so investing in a QSS is almost pointless. I cant play a game of league without a warwick, and when I try to play draft and ban him I never get to play a fun role that I would like. Please, Please riot do something about this, its honestly demoralizing and makes the game no fun to play at all. I have a good idea. As a Christmas present to all players, riot should disable Warwick for the month of December. Please give me feed back if you read this, I would like to know if anyone else is really pissed with warwicks current state.
