[Gameplay] URF Garen broken

Urf garen do double dmg on e, go into a custom, and mash e like spam it. the dmg isnt legit perma ban it or fix it pls, its ruining urf and i dont want to ban him because of a bug, thanks :) if you want, i have many replay of game with this bug. Can you do something about it pls?
