Ranked Not Resetting?

I was under the impression that ranked got reset today.

So shouldnt i be able to Q with anybody I want?

It i still telling me i can only Q with people from Plat-Master.

Maybe i just have a misunderstanding but could someone clear this up?

yeah it reset but i'm sure it took last seasons rank into consideration when you are queueing up.
