Diana's ult vs Flash

Flash messes with Diana so much, even if you land q and they flash while Diana is mid ult.. she gets no reset and dose no damage. it totally leaves her hanging out to die. just feels like your dash should follow through with the flash? or if they flash, at least leave behind the moonlight so you can get your refresh if you landed your q so you still have a fighting chance? can you flash a lee sin dash? cant flash veigar ult can you, or zed?.. can you flash a Vi ult? are there any other targetable ults that can be totally dodged by flashing?

So let me get this straight:

You want it to where if a Diana were to R to a target and said target flashes away, the R will not reset the cd? With that logic, she could just R again to the target that just flashed.....Diana can deal quite a bit of burst damage so I don't exactly like this idea.

yeah, I'm not really sure what the answer is.. I just know it sucks late game team fight.. waiting for the perfect setup to wipe out the adc... land your q.. ready to go and win the game.. hit you R and bango. the adc has flash up, you did no damage at all, your standing there with no R reset and your dead team fights lost and gg. just seems to easy to flash and make Diana useless.

so like maybe... they flash.. they leave the moonlight passive from Diana's Q on the ground where they flashed from. so, you still did no dmg to the adc.. your q is now on cool down.. but at least you have one more R... to maybe try and ult out to minion or another target.. or like you said the adc.. your not going to get a double ult off if they flash. but you still stand a chance?

ok cool.. he is still fairly mobile, he can prob get out. what about cait's ult? syndra? nocturne?.. try flashing a karthus ult =p

Wait, Diana ult doesn't follow Flash? That's fucking bullshit. My Talon Q fucking follows Flash...And Talon Q is an utter piece of shit in every regard...
