@Meddler Runes Reforged:Giving Proficiency to Keystone Runes Is a Good idea
With the past problem that we had, tank assassin (Ekko in Particular), Full Ap Tank, courage of colossus Riven, Fervor/warlord problems (choose one and define the meta), should give Specific keystone runes avaylable only for specific class: Assassin, Fighter, Mage; marksman; Support; Tank. (Example if u are a mage/assassin u have access to assassin and mage keystones, but not tanks, marksman, support and fighter keystones) Cons: U can't troll build with your friends taking random keystones Pros: 1)Balance Issues (way easier for the balance team to create and adjust keystones) Example: u want to create a super cool keystones based on crit!!! Super cool right? No, "because yasuo and Tryndamere". With proficiency this problem doesn't exist anymore cause only marksman can have access to that keystones 2) More keystones: Since it's way easier to create keystones (even in the Future) in this way whe would have access to way more keystones. 3) More avayable playstiles: If we have more keystones we have more way to play the game
Universal Keystones Some keystone may be universal (no class restriction) For promote certain playstiles. Jungle Keystones Should Be universal. An Example: The new ward Zombie Ward Should be Universal since it rewards good supports and people who want to counterjungle.
