Above average win-rate low lp gains on smurf

Good evening, I'm an euw player and last season i decided to make a smurf in eune and level it to play with friends. This season i decided to go solo q and experiment on few things in this server. Initially i was placed at iron one after the first placement game since its a fresh account, i need placements with bronze 3 and starting having 35-37 lp gains through bronze and mid silver. I managed to get the account to gold and its currently gold 2, i got slightly stuck in gold three due to the disgusting clown fiesta in that elo and my own tilt... now im climbing on a steady winrate but starting to get 17-20 lp tops and losing about the same.. Hello buddy.

If you have had losing streaks in the past, it might negatively affect your MMR, which is not only decided by your Win Rate. So it seems you have the same or very close MMR for your division, that's why you LP gain and lose are the same.

How exactly can I increase my MMR? other than the standard playing better and winning more often stuff

You need winning streaks, like 4 wins, 1 lose, and then 5 wins, 2 lose and etc. this affects much more than 1 win 1 lose.
