Zoomed In Loading Screen AND In-Game Camera

Recently, out of nowhere I began a match and saw that something was wrong. My loading screen had showed all champions but usually there was space to the left and right of the champions together, but now it takes up the entire screen. For in-game zoomed in problem, it seems that the camera is much closer than usual and I cannot zoom out anymore.

I have tried changing my resolution, through in-game and on the game.cfg file. I have also tried to delete the game.cfg file then start another match, that also did not work as I continue to have this problem, finally re-installing has not helped either. Any suggestions?
