genya031 votes is fine from where he stands. He pretty much has the similar builds to any other AD Assassins.
junglerboy162 votesThe flaw in your thinking is that he has to build full damage. Going warrior into off-tank is superior in almost every way.
You also forget that he has a lot more utility than , since he can deny vision to the whole map, has a semi global engage range, and a solid hard CC. He isn't an assassin (his tags are outdated), he's a fighter.
