Xin 100-0's Ekko, by his 2nd AA from Q, Ekko will have mad low HP, Ekko will hit R (If he doesn't he dies shortly after). As Ekko casts his ult, Xin knocks him up, cancels ult cast. Ekko is now dead.

Now get out there and play Xin every game incase the enemy team picks Ekko and get your freelow my children.

Azir can beat Ekko, but Ekko can also beat Azir, depends on skill on that match up. Ekko would have to play Renekton style a for a couple pokes before going in for the kill to win that match-up.

Agreed. That is why Ekko needs to play smart. Not saying Ekko is better than Azir, or will always win against Azir, but if done right, he can go fairly even in lane. Each kit has its own abilities to defeat each other, just depends on how its played. In a straight up in each others faces battle, Azir wins every time. If Ekko can time his engages and quickly disengage, he has a chance to kill Azir IMO.

I think it would require a higher skill level on Ekko though, which im sure will be fairly rare to see, so yeah, I guess Azir would generally wreck Ekko.

First, unless Ekko already had lost 60%+ of his hp or you went full crit and damage xin you won't get him that low in 2 autoattacks. Second, Ekko's ultimate is instantly cast, meaning there is literally no way to stop it besides using hard CC BEFORE HE CAN CAST IT.

Ekko's ult is not instant cast sir. There is a very short delay before it is cast. For a best effect, Xin is recommended early game to E -> AA -> Q to preform 100-0. Around level 8, assuming the Xin has atleast one damage item by this time, you can Nearly kill Ekko with just 3 AA's from Q alone. Ult and E shouldn't be required. Try the match up before claiming it false.
