Sooooooooo when is lethality getting fixed?

lethality at level 1 40% = too weak lethality at level 1 60% = too strong

gosh if only there was an acceptable middle ground and the number was exactly half of its 100% scaling it ends up becoming. that would just be so satisfying. and they couldve just.....done it.....just chucked it in at the last second. what could possibly go wrong. what could anybody say?
