Can Yasuo be buffed hes actually worse than nunu before the buffs

I have been maining Yasuo on multiple accounts for years, I have almost 500k mastery points altogether, recently I have been doing beyond terrible in games, no where near as good as I usually do, I fight a malphite, He does more damage to me than release Zoe and tanks better than baron, I fight a shen he destroys me and I can't bring him down to half health even with a jungler, I fight a Talon, block his q with my w and then he just jumps on me autos me and kills me, it's faster when he has ultimate, I fight Tryndamere he just autoattacks me and I die, No abilities needed, Unless I e then he e's and w's, If I come close to killing him he presses R and then kills me, I fight a full crit nunu top, He Q's me walks up and auto attacks me to death, I fight a Zed, He takes electrocute and Theres NO stopping him at all, All game hes just a beast that can do a combo and destroy me, I fight a Riven she also takes electrocute and then just spams Q, w, e Then just destroys me, Yasuo is supposed to be good at atleast mid game, But recently I've found that hes terrible early, mid, and late game, no matter what I do or build I Lose lane, I don't understand why people still ban him, You just take a tank and destroy him, whats yasuo gonna do? he can't contest or stop you, Only thing he can really have a chance at killing is a few midlaners and the adc
