riot WHYYYY?

Hello summoners,

I have a very serious question as to why the ranking system is soo fked up.. i did not believe in elo hell intil here recently i loss multiple games in which i did great and carried. these multiple losses cause me to demote to bronze 2. Riot please please please explain to me why if i do great game after game i get punished and am not allowed to play with people that are compitent and actually know how to play league.
