Best season of league ?

Personally i think mid season 4 and early season 5 was the most fun i had playing league. Everything felt viable and bans were more diverse, every game felt unique and difference with the large champion pools. Now its a set list of bans and picks, feels super bias towards pro play and high elo. I was gold during the time and i felt that when i lost a game it was because my opponent played better and wasn't just abusing meta champs. In my opinion the game started going down hill after the horrid tank meta when Darius was 100% pick/ban. Everything was simpler and the game was open to crazy and wacky builds, but now i cant go one game without a kha zix, lee or rengar even in normals. The jg is really limited to a small pool of champions because of the smite rewards removable.

It honestly makes me mad that they don't see this period as the gold standard for balance. They could have spent their time fixing BS parts of the game, but instead they decide to overhaul masteries and items at the same time while doing a full class update. The game hasn't been the same since :(

So last Checkered season 2 and season 5 both had a tankier meta for a good part of the season.

Riot the players have spoken. They want to survive getting auto attacked 3 times.

At season 4 and 5 it blossomed, and people were carefree and had fun. At late season 4 i started playing, but i consider that i started at 5 because i didnt know nothing about the game, but season 4 was start of it all. I just felt share of enjoyment and hype when i was in the champ select and played against this different type of champions. The champions i saw, gave me inspiration, and i had apriciation for it. They had a story behind it. I dont know, but i just loved the beautyfull world i opened too.
