What is an ability that does the most damage? Passive a from items can be used (like sheen. IE etc)
I'd say it would be full AP (So like 1000 AP) Ekkos E If you have lich bane , thunderlords and use his passive to your advantage you can deal like 2000+ damage

Let's say Rek'Sai builds full AD. Doing some basic math using max AD item (75*6), some AD runes, maxed out infernal drake with elder, you can hit 800 AD.
Rek'Sai's furious bite at max fury does 0 base damage plus 2.4 total AD true damage.
If I'm just a little over 800, I can get a 2000 True damage bite.

with veigar there is no ap limit due to his passive, and even if you disregard his ult you can still deal obscene amounts of damage given enough time. I'm guessing you put the ap limit to be used with items? and if so 1000 is wrong, in S4 I achieved in a custom match (so no one thinks I'm super good or anything or a troll) an AP of 1338 on brand at the 55 minute mark

DemonBoneJangles1 votesI'm aware of the example used, however he was stating that using veigars ult was unfair which yes it is for this thread, however veigars passive grants him AP which destroys the "Full AP" part of the OP hence why I said the 1000 ap is in reference to items not includeing passives, sure with enough stancks and the right items veigar can easily hit 2000 ap. my previous comment which apparently was idiotic since I have two people getting upset about it, was more or less saying that full ap anything wouldn't stop at 1000, yes its an estimate, overall it wasn't even worth responding to.
lastly I clearly stated in my comment that the 1000 ap was with items (?) not with passives. but w/e

I played ekko the other day and at the end of the game it was doing 450 base damage and 1146 from AP, after I used it in the last teamfight of the game their volibear said it did 1719 damage to him so
Sire Hippington1 votesIn terms of raw damage? Fiddle Drain, 900 (+ 225% AP), with dft it's 912(+262.5% AP + 90% AD). Even with his passive(which is cheating as it's two skills), lichbane and thunderlords, ekko only has 702.5( 180% ap + 130% AD)
