Shaco Rework Idea

I thought of a what I think is a really cool idea for a reworked kit for some champions, and I thought I would share them online to learn if I have good ideas or just straight up bad ones. So to start with is the most radical one, Shaco. I decided (in what I am sure will get me a bunch of backlash) that Shaco's kit might be better off going for the jester persona rather than an assassin's kit, so this will be quite a radical departure. The object is to make him a stronger jungler with a emphasis on ganking through cc rather than damage, which will allow him to assist in team fights as a person who shuts down the damage of others rather than one who either insta-gibs a champion or dies, which is not a fair experience to all players and Rengar will always do it better. So without further ado, his kit

Passive: Beat While They're Down Shaco deals 20% additional damage with auto attacks to targets which are under crowd control effects

Just a little extra power in his kit to overcome what might be a weak kit otherwise

Q- Hidden Shiv Mana: 50-70 CD: about 7 seconds Active(targeted buff): Shaco instantly blinks to the target location and stealths for up to 3.5 seconds (but is detectable withing 600 units), also causing his next basic attack within 6 seconds to deal additional damage. This damage can be reapplied at 40% of its strength for the next 3 seconds by allied champions against the enemy champion through auto attacks, or by Shaco himself against monsters.

This serves as both an ability to let Shaco clear the jungle a little better, and limits his damage when blinking in on the backline. Keep reading, because he still has plenty of things he can do to mess a backline up single handed. Detection is added to prevent stupid Shaco shenanigans.

W-Silent crowd Mana: 70-90 CD: about 20-14 seconds Active (targeted ability): Shaco summons an easily identifiable decoy (think of the patchwork dolls used in cartoons) which lasts 2.5s which will walk towards its target at 2-2.5 times Shaco's speed. If it reaches its target, it will auto attack (no on hit effects) which will silence them for a short duration (1-1.5 seconds scaling). The decoy takes two or three autos from any source to kill a la Teemo mushrooms

This is when he starts getting annoying. Not only is this good crowd control, but it is also deniable and when it does get denied, it still costs something. Silences have been removed for the most part, but I think this would be a healthy and annoying way to put it on a kit. Has to be several auto attacks to work with next ability. The timing on how long the ability lasts would need to be done in game, but i think about a screen's worth of range is about right

E-Juggle(bad yet good name) Mana: 50-70 CD: about 10-6 seconds Active (skillshot): Shaco tosses a knife at an opponent, which strikes for low physical damage but applies an auto attack slow (15-25% scaling) and a light movement speed slow (5-15% scaling)

So this is the one ability I am not so sure about. The attack speed slow helps with setting up your w's, while also allowing him to deny more damage, which is kinda core to his kit.

R- Jack in the Box Mana: 100-120 CD: about 120-90 Seconds after second use Active: 1st use: Shaco places an untargetable but visible jack in the box at a target location, which takes 5s to arm itself (which, if legally possible, it will play pop goes the weasel up to the punchline). Has a .75 second cast time 2nd use: Shaco activates the jack in the box, which after 1 second (punchline to pop goes the weasel) deals light magic damage to all targets within its 400 radius range and fears for a moderate duration (1-2 seconds).

The main ability and why i changed a bunch of his kit. It should allow for extremely powerful cc from an unusual direction.

So that's it! Hopefully some people will like the idea, and hopefully it isn't too overpowered. Feedback is appreciated!

As a Shaco main, this would make me cry. It'd make him too similar to Evelynn on his Q, while removing his current strengths and solidifying his weaknesses.

I think that his kit doesn't need new abilities, though they could make some nice tweaks that would make him more entertaining and fun. But overall, this takes away too much from him.

Shaco is all about his mind games, this takes away the mindgames.

In my option I don't think shack will ever get a rework, he is balanced and fine where he is now
