Can we get a first information about pre-season changes?

Since mid-season lands and you decided to push all major changes back to pre-season, can we get a first look on what you plan for pre-season? I would really like to see the progess like the rune changes last year. I think it is better for the Community, because we can give early feedback and noone can say "riot did this without asking us" , because people would have time to read about some changes in the future and could give good feedback about these.
